Large Home Affected By Hurricane Waters, Beaumont TX.

This home was affected by flood waters caused by Hurricane Harvey.  The flood water was not as high as some of the other homes, so a flood cut was sufficient enough to remove only part of the affected wall.  The flood cut helped save the top half of the walls, in turn saving money and time with reconstruction.

Like all the homes affected, carpeting, sheet rock, and insulation was removed first, followed by the kitchen and bathrooms.  The flooring seen in the photos did not need to be removed since the flooring was actually tile.

The studs and floors were pressure washed, dried, and treated with anti-microbial.
